Pastors’ wives are among the underprivileged women enrolling in job skills training offered at our Resource Center in Bimon, Central African Republic. A class of 15 was the first to complete a nine-month course in sewing and tailoring. These women struggle economically as they serve alongside their husbands sharing the Gospel.

But the center’s ultimate goal goes beyond teaching skills. It also is a place where women will hear God’s Word being applied to areas where cultural beliefs and practices tend to supersede biblical principles. Yes! Even among pastors’ wives!

They will learn how poverty directly correlates with abortion among leaders in the church. And they will hear the heart of God concerning taking the life of an innocent child.
