The team behind the mission
One of our ministry’s long-term goals is to develop and equip local leaders in the Central African Republic (CAR). Your support allows us to invest in the growth, confidence, and leadership capacity of these men and women who faithfully serve on the ground each day.
We have 13 dedicated staff members in CAR who care for children, manage the property, coordinate programs, and respond to daily needs. We help equip our team by strengthening their leadership skills, teaching them how to think critically, solve problems, and make wise decisions with increasing confidence.
This leadership development builds strong ownership, accountability, and long-term sustainability within the ministry.
